This is for you to get back in tune with yourself. Go at your own pace!!!! One step at a time, there will always be a personal trainer instructing you, remind them of any previous injuries. Every Sunday, be sure to take a transformation picture to hold yourself accountable. This is for non-members only. Start to live the life you dreamed of, the better we can move, the more we can do! It's that simple! Do this for those who believe in you!!!!!
