6 Week Challenge (non-members)
Come burn up to 1k calories per class. We are open 7 days a week.

We offer (6) Classes per day. Monday-Friday 5am 6am 7am 5pm 6pm . Saturdays (Not Included for non members). You are recommended to stretch with our wellness staff at least (1) time per week at our discounted rate. Go at your own pace. Finish the 6 weeks. We are here to build. We offer meal guides and meal preparation also.
