About the event
Dr. Morgan from PHIL MOR FIT will bring a different energy to your city. Burning up to 1000 calories per class, this session is excellent for all fitness levels. After class each participant will receive a full body hands on stretch by the Dr. himself. We specialize in weight management, inury prevention, and performane psychology.
