Phil Mor Fit provides training for scholar-athletes Training sessions are held Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.  

Clinical Movement Enhancement was created by Dr. Phillip Morgan. His routine enhances range of motion, flexibility, posture, and tension. This technique is a combination of vibration rehabilitation, myofascial release, and stretching. Assessment is needed for this type of treatment.
