Phil Mor Fit provides training for scholar-athletes starting at the age of five-years-old. Training sessions are held Tuesdays at 5 PM, Thursdays at 5 PM. $25/ Athlete 

Clinical Movement Enhancement was created by Dr. Phillip Morgan. His routine enhances range of motion, flexibility, posture, and tension. This technique is a combination of vibration rehabilitation, myofascial release, and stretching. Assessment is needed for this type of treatment.
